For about a year now, I have been searching for the best way to make healthy sweet potato french fries. It wasn't until just recently that I perfected the best recipe!
Cut the sweet potatoes into any fry-like shape that you'd like
Toss with olive oil or safflower oil
Add 1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
Dash of sea salt
1 garlic clove
Toss until all fries are fully covered
Bake at 425 for about 20 mins turning half way through
